Pradyumna Bhimrao Padaki is a Graduate Student at the University of Waterloo pursuing a Master of Management Sciences degree. He has a strong background in IT, with a focus on the Healthcare domain. Pradyumna is currently working as a Quality Assurance Engineer at healthasyst, where he designs, develops, and executes moderate to highly complex scripted automated test cases using C# in a data-driven environment for feature implementation. He also performs regression, performance, and functional tests for every iteration with RCA: Root Cause Analysis for failing test cases. Pradyumna works cross-functionally in an Agile/Scrum environment alongside development and product management to deliver high-quality solutions in terms of testability, consistency, and completeness from an automation perspective. He is proactive in daily standup meetings, story grooming sessions, and team retrospectives, suggesting and implementing improvements. Before joining healthasyst, Pradyumna worked as an Application Development Analyst and Associate at Accenture. He was constantly involved in collecting technical and functional requirements from the business team and performing complete document and workflow analysis for test coverage and stability from a test automation perspective. Pradyumna worked with the team through the entire process of Agile SDLC, designing, developing, implementing (using C#), and testing test cases as per the given requirements in dedicated environments. He also performed regular test campaigns (regression tests) on the arrival of new builds to verify if the client’s needs were met, reporting and documenting the test-campaign status, fixing the failing test cases, and reporting the bugs for integration and end-to-end testing. Pradyumna was a key resource for MTM management and assisted the manual testing team with the identification of edge case scenarios. Pradyumna has a Master's degree in Management Science from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering from Bangalore Institute of Technology. He has experience with test, QA, SDET, SQL, integration, product management, dotNET, ASP.NET, and DevOps. Pradyumna has 4.77 years of relevant experience in the field of IT.
